Ward Device Connectivity Planning

Ward connectivity planning can start with three inventories: devices and interfaces, networks and locations, and data fields and intended uses. Clinical users, IT, and implementation teams review these together to establish a shared scope.

The demo approach begins in a limited test environment and records connection states, field mappings, disconnection handling, and configuration versions. Findings apply only to the devices and conditions reviewed, with reassessment after scope changes.
